Vendor Setup

Setup, vendor parking, electrical service, and placement information for Nelsonville Bigfoot Festival vendors. Please review this page before arriving so crews can place vendors quickly and safely.

Setup & vendor parking begin around 4:30 PM Thursday, October 1.

Vendors may begin arriving and parking for setup the day before the festival. All vendors should be fully set up by 10:30 AM Friday, October 2. Follow festival staff directions when entering the event area.

Electrical Service

Power Available

Assigned electrified vendor spaces have access to both high-amperage 220V service and standard 120V service.

Important: electrical service is limited to vendors assigned to electrified spaces. Vendors should bring the cords, adapters, and equipment appropriate for their assigned hookup.

Food Trailer Placement

West Washington & West Columbus

All food trailers requiring festival electrical service will be placed along the western festival corridor.

Electrified Food Trailer Streets

West Washington Street or West Columbus Street

Final individual spaces will be assigned by festival staff. Please do not choose or occupy a space before receiving placement direction.

Arrival & Setup

Before You Pull In

Vendor setup and vendor parking begin around 4:30 PM Thursday, October 1.
All vendors should be fully set up by 10:30 AM Friday, October 2.
Know your vendor or business name so staff can confirm your assigned space.
Food trailers should be prepared to approach from the direction given by festival staff.
Do not block intersections, alleys, fire access, or neighboring vendor spaces while positioning.
Keep equipment, cords, and service areas contained within your assigned footprint.
